Athlete nominations are now open for U18, Junior, Trans-Tasman and U21 teams.

Closing dates for nominations:
- Juniors and U18 team: 25 February 2019
- NZ University trans-Tasman team: 1 April 2019
- U21 team: 22 April 2019
