In Memoriam – Olive Falconer
Rowing NZ acknowledge the sad passing of Olive Falconer.
Olive and husband Bill have been incredible supporters of Rowing NZ since the 1970s. Olive has always been a big part of Bill’s life in rowing as board member, long-time Chair and current President of Rowing NZ.
Together Olive and Bill welcomed Rowing NZ athletes and staff into their home, and Olive was the hostess par excellence who made all guests feel incredibly welcome. Olive was a generous soul who always had time for everyone, and who was a much loved member of our rowing family.
Rowing NZ’s thoughts are with are with Bill, Jane, Lincoln and Elliot.
