Women's Eight Squad

2014 World Rowing Cup II and III - Bronze, women's quad

2017 sees Georgia make the transition from sculling to sweep oar. Georgia is part of the Women's Eight Squad that will compete at World Cup II, World Cup III, and Henley Royal Regatta.

In 2016 Georgia Perry competed in the women's quad at the Final Qualification regatta in Lucerne. The crew finished third, and missed out on qualifying for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games by just three seconds. In 2015 Georgia raced the quad at the World Championships finishing 6th with the same crew make up as in 2014 where they finished 5th.

Georgia was first selected for a New Zealand team in 2011 women's quad at the Junior World Rowing Championships in London. She went on to compete in the women's four at the World Rowing Under 23 Championships in 2012.

For three years straight Georgia has been selected into the elite squad in the women's quadruple scull boat. In 2014 the quad came away with bronze from the second and third world cup regattas.
