Christchurch Boys High School (CBHS) is seeking the services of a Rowing Coach to support a successful rowing programme. You will be role model and ambassador for the school who will help deliver a smooth, well-planned and organised rowing programme for up to 65 boys from Year 9 - 13.

The successful applicant will have previous involvement in a school rowing programme (preferred) Excellent people management and communication skills will be complemented with the ability to manage the needs of the school and boys against the desire to succeed on the water.

We are seeking a coach who has the ability to engage with the boys and other coaches to provide an inclusive, supportive and positive team environment. Supporting the school values, vision and culture will be highly valued with success measured both on and off the water.

The successful applicant will ideally be available to attend regattas, training camps, training sessions, and supervise daily trainings on and off the water. You will be remunerated at a level that reflects your coaching experience.

The successful applicant will report to the CBHS Director of Sport and Headmaster through the CBHS Head Rowing Coach. You will be supported by a CBHS Rowing Manager and a dedicated rowing committee.
