Rowing NZ is the national sports organisation (NSO) for all rowing in New Zealand, as recognised by Sport New Zealand, High Performance Sport New Zealand (HPSNZ), the New Zealand Olympic Committee (NZOC) and the New Zealand Paralympic Committee (NZPC) and World Rowing.

Rowing NZ is responsible for the management and development of the sport through club and community level participation, whilst the High Performance arm of the organisation is responsible for the international teams representing New Zealand from the juniors to the elite team, including World Championships, and Olympic Games,

Rowing NZ is structured across the areas of high performance and development (athletes, coaches, support staff and officials), events, participation, and memberships, commercial, communications and corporate services, including finance and administration.

Kerridge & Partners are recruiting on behalf of Rowing NZ to identify our next CEO and are seeking either a proven CEO or GM on the ascent who can demonstrate; strategic leadership, proven execution of complex stakeholder relationships including government as well as robust commercial expertise. Ideally experience will have been gained in a high performance, sporting environment. The role will be based at Lake Karapiro, Cambridge.
