Westlake Girls High School has a strong rowing tradition, consistently producing successful rowers and crews and encouraging a love of the sport that has resulted in students continuing to both international honours and club success.

A successful rowing program is a priority for the school, and we recognise that through the commitment to pursuing high performance, the sport provides learning and development opportunities for students who gain valuable skills that later transfer into many different contexts.

Westlake Girls High School is seeking both experienced and beginner rowing coaches to join our coaching team for the 2020-2021 season. We are seeking experienced rowing coaches interested in developing their skills working alongside the head coach, assuming responsibility for top crews in our senior program. We are also interested in adding beginner coaches who have a desire to learn and develop skills in a supportive environment.

Successful applicants will be required for 6-10 hours a week from September through to March. These sessions will be concentrated to on water sessions, generally in the morning at our training location in Greenhithe.
