Development Module

The Development Module is designed to assist coaches who work with development rowers (u16 - club). It is suited to coaches who have a good base knowledge of rowing coaching (2 year experience recommended). This course looks at three main areas:

1. The coaching process

2. Sport Science

3. Skill learning

This course is being run over two days and lunch will be provided both days. Start and finish times for each day will be communicated by Mark Elphick.

• If someone else is covering the cost of your attendance, please follow the payment prompts through to the end and select "invoice me" as the payment option. RNZ can either redirect the invoice to your payee or you can send it on yourself once invoice is sent.
