The Development Module is designed to assist coaches who work with development rowers (u16 - club). It is suited to coaches who have a good base knowledge of rowing coaching (2 year experience recommended). This course looks at three main areas:
1. The coaching process
2. Sport Science
3. Skill learning
This course is one day and lunch will be provided.
- The Wellington Rowing Association will subsidise the cost of your attendance, please follow the payment prompts through to the end and select "invoice me" as the payment option. RNZ will then direct the invoice to the WRA
