In Memoriam - Stephen Donaldson
Rowing New Zealand acknowledges the sad passing of Stephen Donaldson after he lost his battle with cancer, aged 63 years.
Stephen was part of the coxless four in 1978, and the 1980 European tour, and he had recently been presented with his Legacy #151. He held numerous other roles within rowing including U23 Coach, NZ Rowing Selector, a Coach and then Trustee of Central RPC and large involvement locally in Marlborough.
A Funeral Service for Steve will be held at the Springlands Chapel, Cloudy Bay Funeral Services, 15 Boyce Street, Blenheim on Saturday, November 11, at 10.30am. In lieu of cut flowers a donation to the Marlborough Hospice would be appreciated.
