2014 U-23 World Rowing Championships - Silver, men's coxed four
Paddy is part of the men's eight for the 2017 season. He will compete at World Cup II, World Cup III, and Henley Royal Regatta.
In 2016 Paddy McInnes competed in the men's four at the Final Qualification regatta in Lucerne in May with the hope of qualifying for the Rio Olympic Games. The crew finished third in the A final, just one place outside of qualification.
In 2013 Paddy attended the 2013 Summer Universiade (World Uni Games) and competed in the men's pair. The following year he was selected into the men's under-23 coxed four which won the silver medal. In 2015 he was a reserve for the elite men's sweep squad.
