Logan went on to pursue his education in the USA on a rowing scholarship at the University of Washington from the end of 2019.

Logan moved to New Zealand in 2020 after the Covid lockdown where he rowed for the Waikato High-Performance Rowing Squad for the 2020/21 Rowing season. He had a successful season winning a National Title in the Men's U22 Pair with Campbell Crouch (University of California, Berkeley) at the 2021 NZ Rowing National Championships. Logan continued to England, where he went to compete at the 2022 Henley Royal Regatta, claiming a Victory in the Visitors Challenge Cup (Men's Coxless Four) a true nail-biting race to spectate.

Building on from this success, Logan travelled to Italy and was named in the U23 Men’s Coxless Four to compete at the 2022 World Rowing U23 Championship in Varese, Italy. Logan and his fellow crewmates - Flynn Watson, Campbell Crouch and Will Gilbert, claimed Silver in the A-Final.

Logan went back to UW for his Senior Year at the end of 2022, going on to have another successful season - finishing off his collegiate rowing career with winning the Windemere Cup by defeating Australia National Development Team, a Silver at PAC12's and at the 2023 IRA National Rowing Championship.

Logan now has his head set on a new goal with a fresh new crew - where he has been named alongside Ollie Maclean, Matt MacDonald and Tom Murray in the 2023 Elite Men's Coxless Four, where the crew have gone on to claim Bronze in their season opener at the 2023 World Rowing Cup III in Lucerne, Switzerland. The crew is coached by Mike Rodger and Malcolm McIntyre.
