Karl Manson

Karl Manson first represented New Zealand at the Junior World Rowing Championships in 2008 where he raced in the double sculls. In 2010 he rowed with his brother Robbie Manson in the under-23 double scull where they placed fifth. In 2012 and 2013 he competed in the under-23 quad. In 2013 that quad won silver, his year was completed with a call up to the elite team to replace Nathan Cohen in the men's quad for the 2013 world rowing championship regatta. In 2014 he rowed again with his brother Robbie, this time at the elite level, while in 2015 he moves into the elite men's quad.
