Development module
The Development Module is designed to assist those coaches working with development rowers (u16-club). It is suited to coaches who have a good base knowledge of rowing coaching (2+ years coaching experience recommended).
The course will cover three main topic areas:
- The coaching process looking at athlete-centered coaching skills
- Sport science focusing on strength and conditioning needs, training programs and periodisation
- Technique and how athletes acquire skill.

Saturday 23 June
8 - 10 am coaching workshop (BYO bike)
10 - 10.30 am morning tea
10.30 - 3.30 pm workshop
